I drive 35 minutes from Elgin, just to eat at Rise-N-Dine! The prices are low and the food is great! It is a quiet, cozy atmosphere with the bonus of being served by friendly hot waitresses! View all feedback.
Breakfast was ruined by plastic in the eggs. Wont be coming back.
