We waited an inordinately long time for service. The tables on both sides of us were being well served. We waited patiently, and when we were finally served breakfast it was cold. Our second try was not any better. I understand that servers are in short supply, but then it's up to the management to only fill as many tables as you can adequately serve. We had a late breakfast with our son on New Year's Day at your Schaumburg location. Our experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in to the restaurant. Your staff was very friendly and wait staff so polite and accommodating! The menu selection is great and the food was delicious! We especially liked the opportunity to add our name to the waitlist. We were seated within less than 10 minutes of our arrival. We will be back again and recommend Egg Harbor to our friends and family!
