Der Garten Von Sorrento - Loebau

It was just excellent and I can recommend to everyone go to eat there. The dishes are fresh and simply taste super delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. And it's not that usual Italian where there's only pizza. For me it is the best Italian in löbau. Many thanks to the team from there you have been great and we are happy to come back.

Excellent! It was the first time we had dinner. I'm honestly overwhelmed. Such an incredibly delicious and fresh food. Staff totally friendly. The ambience is small but very beautifully decorated. I'll come here more often than not. Thank you for the delicious food!

In May 2022 we reserved a table for this year's Christmas dinner of the family for 10 people in the spring. Since the owner has changed, I called for safety in the restaurant about 2 weeks ago and asked if everything has remained during the reservation. Yes, everything remains as discussed. Yesterday the whole family was happy to eat, we were on site on time 13:00. Something irritated the waiter led us into an extra room, in which there were tables with cutlery, but of beautiful decoration or so nothing could be seen, not to mention music. We already had the impression that something is wrong. The waiter quickly brought us a note with the Christmas menu. Well, if there are only 6 dishes, then the choice might not be so difficult, we initially thought. When everyone found something, the waiter wanted to pick up the order. Since there is also a vegetarian, this lack of choice only wanted dumplings, red cabbages and sauces. The waiter has listed with great scepticism. The waiter did not know whether there was lasagna (who was written on the outside of the stop panel and there was tomato soup, and asked in the kitchen. Lasagne can make them. Then the hammer: duck sold out, salmon still 2 servings available. At noon at 13 o'clock. No appetizers, no desserts. Also the composition of the dishes was more than questionable (the dumplings and red cabbages to salmon and trout??? When I go to the Italian, at least I expect some Mediterranean cuisine. But this card... We then told the waiter that we left the place without drinking or eating. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I have to forgive 1 star here, but I do not think the location deserves it. Once and never again!!!

We had heard a lot and wanted to make ourselves a picture. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and clean. The beer garden is also very beautiful. The young woman from the service received us very friendly. The order was quickly received and the waiting period until the food came was appropriate. The food was very pretty. The portions for the price quite small. The noodles with the shrimps are unfortunately salted, and the meat could have worn a little more. The rosemary potatoes were unfortunately only cold quartered furskins. The seasonal vegetables, on the other hand, really delicious. The Carpacio was good. The tomatoes used on the appetizer should be sorted out more thoroughly. Although it may not be common in Italy, a spoon would have been helpful to spaghetti. The service was divided the young woman was very nice and accommodating, the Lord impersonally almost arrogant. In conclusion, we have tried, but not again.

Very delicious food, great service and cosy ambience. We like to come back.
