Sam's Pizza - Locust Grove

We ordered 2 large pizzas a meat lover and a Alfredo pizza. We ordered at 4:57 on a Friday night. At 18:30 we called to see where the pizzas were or when they were delivered, but for some reason no one answered the phone. We asked for 15 minutes, then I went to the place to see if I had to pick it up there. The place was empty, no one stood in the line at the switch. They seemed to be busy stacking food for execution or delivery. It was more than 2 hours since our order. The manager said it's gonna be with me in 5 minutes. I was hoping I wouldn't have to come back later. The pizza arrived cold and while we received the meat lovers pizza, the Alfredo Pizza had no Alfredo sauce, but a light red sauce. If I ever go back there, will I not ask for the delivery again?

I always liked this place. It is a local chain and a great value. I also use them for my birthday parties. Everyone is always happy with the food.

We have always ordered here, but the last 3-4 orders were delivered 1.5-2 hours after the order and we are directly on the road. Tonight we ordered two pizzas delivered at 7:15 when the order was placed at 5:30. The pizzas were cold, not even lukewarm, but cold. No more Dominos would ever order before these people.

Food is fine, but only every time we get delivery, they always forget a product or two and they have to go back and get what was missing. We just started picking up at the rare opportunity we ordered from there.

I used to frequent the sams in stafford and loved their food and service. The one in spotsy is to be desired, but this Sams is amazing! Always great service, great food, and great prices. Have been very satisfied the last few trips to Sams and will continue to visit.
