I had the beef dip, which is made from prime rib. It's very good, although a little fattty. Their minestrone soup, however, is hearty and flavorful. My companions enjoyed their food very much as well. The portions are quite large and the service was excellent. View all feedback.
What Marcelle Rippin doesn't like about Ricky's All Day Grill:
Ricky's updated their menu in 2023, but disappointingly, there are no gluten-free options available, not even for basic items like eggs and bacon. The popular shredded Hashbrowns are no longer on the menu. When I asked about gluten-free choices, the server was unsure and only suggested gluten-free toast. The service at this restaurant was amazing! The server was very kind and made sure to understand the severity of my allergy, ensuring that my food was gluten-free. I was able to enjoy French fries at the south location because they are fried in a separate fryer and they also have gluten-free buns. I had a great meal with my family without any worries. The server played a big role in making my meal a success. They even informed me that the fries are coated in rice flour and offered to make any alterations to the menu to accommodate my needs. I appreciate their knowledge of what tastes best at the restaurant. I highly recommend trying the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries on the side - it was a 10/10 success.

In conclusion, Ricky's is no longer a good choice for those looking for gluten-free dining options.
This restaurant is not very accommodating for people with celiac disease. The servers do not seem to take dietary restrictions seriously, as even after I informed them of my condition and ordered the ginger bowl, there were still pieces of bread inside. I would not suggest dining at this establishment.
The meat are grilled well and delicious. The sauce is not too strong. The servings are big with good plating. The aura is homely. Most of the customers are seniors gathering together and family with big children. Music late 60-70s. Had good airconditioning which I found soothing to summer weather. The decors are vintage but attractive .The staff are gentle and kind specially the clients are mostly seniors.
Was out for a ride in Lockport and stopped in and had a cold beer, the bar and restaurant is nicely decorated, we decided to sit out on patio, the exit to patio is thru dinning area so people eating by the door could be a little put off by the flow of people going outside, patio area is nice, we never tried the food, but I would stop in when back in the area
