What User doesn't like about White Castle:
First, they don’t offer items on their menu that they don’t actually have. They were out of Cheddar cheese and strawberry lemonade. Second, I ordered a gravy and was told it would take 30-45 minutes to prepare. If they can’t serve it, why is it even listed on the menu?

Fry is usually cold, but this time I left, they were fresh.
Can't give a review because they don't accept card. Went here once over a week ago and they said cash only. I figured it was a one time thing. I came back today and they are still saying cash only. Whoever's managing this location needs to get it together.
Every time I visit this store it seems the staff is not happy to be there. Not necessarily rude but super tired and bored acting. The young man at the drive up window barely handed my food change out of the window. He didn't even straighten his arm to reach my hand. Food was typical W C.
Did put everything on my order I asked for and put bacon on my chicken waffle when I said no bacon on anything. They so call made another one 4 hr later I throw up everything. I'm good on white castle. 2 for the good a veggie Burger. Oh those ladies have some stink a attitude.
The people working at this location are top notch. Always pleasant, get my order quickly and are generous with the dipping sauces.
