There had a very little luster experience on Saturday 22 May. beer was good, but not very good. the food truck (also owned by catskill brewery) was a very disap... read more There had a very little luster experience on Saturday 22 May. beer was good, but not very good. the food truck (also owned by catskill brewery) was a very disappointing experience. we waited for 3 other people, and that alone took 15 minutes. that should have been our first red flag, but the food truck was advertising maine oysters of 4 different suppliers, and I will never give the opportunity. as soon as it was our choice, the guy behind the register said they didn't have any oysters now. after the order, our tacos took a full hour and 20 minutes before they were ready. I was completely convinced that they still raised the chickens while we were waiting. I can't understand for living from me how it could take an hour and 20 minutes to prepare 5 tacos. also worth mentioning until our tacos finally arrived, people who had ordered after us received their orders from oysters. this would have been helpful if they would know about an hour earlier. Sure, the brewery was a little busy, but she wasn't packed. it was a whole week before the memorial day, so they are not even in high season. I would like to remember how many collective hours other people will be wasted in the run of the summer. I will not come back on one hand. the beer was very decent, and there are many other great places in the opposite. I give the review 2 stars out of respect before the fact that once our tacos were finally finished, they were in the did pretty good. but not better than a gas station tobacco connection in Texas.
