So unimaginably sad. We usually hit the Plucked in Pleasanton because their tenders are fantastic. In between flag football games, my girls had a craving. Huge mistake. We entered and weren't allowed to place our order w/ the sullen teens had to use the kiosk...which had only a fraction of the items listed on the website. We should have walked. Instead, we got soggy tenders, wilted onion rings, and oil drenched fries. Temperature wasn't right, and neither was the execution. Ended up tossing most of it. Just steer clear. It's obvious this particular location doesn't care.
