Mcdonald's - Little Rock

Despite being busy, the staff at this restaurant remains courteous, polite, and well-mannered. They are prompt in serving your food and are always willing to accommodate any additional requests.

This place has to do better with customer service, they leave their counters so wet that the children's boxes are dipped on the floor so that the food falls out of the bag, everything fell because it was wet. this place only needs better staff, I know that this is not chicks fil a- but at least try.

Don't eat here. You don't give you what you order. I never eat Donalds again. I stopped about 5 years ago and that was my first time back. The service was terrible because my order was not correct.

The coffee was delicious as always. However, I missed having someone available to take orders and handle payment. I had to go directly to the delivery person instead.

Even though the employee repeated my order back to me correctly, it still came out wrong and I had to wait for it to be remade and brought to my table. The only positive was that the food was served hot.
