My family stayed a couple nights. We arrived at 2am and when I checked in Holly was amazing and very kind. I am a manager in retail and customer service is a big part of my job. Holly's customer service skills are truly amazing. We will be coming back in the future. When we checked in our kids were sleeping and she helped speed up the process so our kids could get to bed. Our room was clean and perfect. The staff were all very kind. Julianne really stood out she was so kind, friendly, and helpful!! The water park was so fun. My three year old couldn’t get enough. We will definitely be back. Edit: changed review to two stars bc we went back about 3 months after our first visit and the waterpark was filthy. Hot tub was closed all 3 days we were there. I was shocked at the difference in... View all feedback.
We took are 2 pre-teen son's and my 2-year-old grandson over night. My wife booked a suit with a king size bed and bunk beds for the kids. We really liked the room. We had a blast in the swimming area with the baby and the boys had a great time playing water basketball. The staff was also very friendly. We will be back! A+
If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in around 5pm and I forgot the names of the 2 girls at the desk, they were so polite and so sweet! One of them was training and she was doing amazing!! I would definitely come back here ! breakfast was so good as well , there's alot of options! The beds were so comfy and the pool area was amazing! The hot tub was at the perfect temperature as well!. Thank you for an amazing visit!!
So typically I don’t write reviews but this couldn’t go unnoticed. I stayed at this hotel with my mother and Niece for my niece’s birthday getaway. The lobby was very clean and welcoming, with fresh baked cookies for you to snack on while you wait for your room key. Seems great right? After we receive our room key and head up the stairs to our room, we notice our beds were dirty. Not unorganized or unmade. I’m talking stains, crumbs, hair, the whole shabang. So I head down to the main desk to have our bed sheets changed. I was met with the statement “that doesn’t sound like our cleaning crew”. Uhm. Then who’s cleaning crew was it?? McDonald’s!? Anyhow, they then get their manager to fix the problem after making me feel like I was delusional. On to problem number two. We all went down swimming. Not only were the chemicals dangerously and painfully high, but once we got to our room to dry off, our FOLDED supposedly CLEAN towels in our room…. Yeah, they were wet. I mean come on guys. So I go down to talk to the desk yet again, and ya know what I was met with? “ that doesn’t sound like our cleaning team” Okay guys let’s stop with the embarrassing excuses and invalidation and solve the issues here. I would start on the breakfast rant but I already said enough. I’m not gonna bash on a free meal Long story short. Don’t come here
Great hotel for families and kids. The pool area is wonderful great for smaller kids and older kids they have a playground pool and a waterslide for all ages. The hot tub is huge and can fit about 15 adults comfortably. It's also very affordable for a night or you can rent wristbands to swim for the day. The free breakfast is very filling and has a lot of options and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We stayed in the king suite with double bunk beds for my daughter's bday and they treated us very kindly and even told my little one happy birthday. They offer free cookies and coffee to the guest as well. I highly recommend.
The good: Staff was very kind and the check in was one of the fastest of hotels I've stayed at recently. The awful: I didn't expect the Ritz, but this hotel was just gross. It's very dated and every carpet is filled with many stains, each upholstered piece of furniture in our room had multiple stains. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Empty tissue box. I am not confident that our sheets were changed from the prior guests considering how wrinkled they were. I used cleaning spray on the surfaces and items that we'd touch and the washcloth I used to wipe that dry was yellow/brown when I was done. I wouldn't use the hotel's old scratchy threadborn towels on my car. TVs are older style, no ability to stream anything. The hotel really needs some serious attention, it's shameful to present that level of product to your guests.
