Saladworks - Lititz

Ordered mobile pickup, arrived at store and was told the machine wasn’t working. Instead of asking what my order was they just had me stand there for 30 minutes until i eventually left. Probably the worst display of critical thinking i have ever seen.Atmosphere: 1/5

Omg this place is horrible we used to go 1-2 times a week for lunch tonight we went for dinner and the staff was so lazy they didn't want to make anything and it was over 30mins before they close its not like I walked in last minute. The assistant Mgr Riley was the worst she called me a liar. This place is really going down hill!

Holy moly the workers here are complete bums. it’s like an actual competition to see who can be the most depressed, rude bummiest worker.

Will not order from there again. I used to…but I ordered thru grubhub today and it did came in a very timely manner (so nothing against Grubhub! however, my salad was pretty much a mess. My eggs and pepperonis weren’t the least bit chopped, (one egg chopped in half and a handful of sliced pepperonis cut in half I had no butter for my roll and my soup was ice cold. (I get the driver has to travel so it won’t be steaming hot, but this was ridiculously cold… never again.

Ate here last night and have been violently ill all night and morning. Typically love this place but I’m almost 100% I was food poisoned last night
