Had a coupon in app for $2 premium combo. I ordered the Pretzel Baconator, a loaded baked potato and an iced tea. It was 12:30 am and the line moved quickly, which was nice. The only thing is, why would you put the spine of the lettuce leaf on my burger. I paid extra for lettuce and tomato, I just wish I could have ate the lettuce. It was still a good burger. What TIA BIA doesn't like about Wendy's:
first thing the food was good once i added the extra ingredients i requested that weren't added during the making of food. also i feel they could have asked me to wait a few minutes for more bacon they literally put pieces of bacon on my sandwiches (have a pic of one, may try and upload later not able to atm) the food was hot and fresh so that's a plus. none of the tables were clean the drink machine and utensils are... Best Wendy's in Dekalb!! Miangel was the best she had my order up before I could even think to ask!
I've never had a good experience at this place, no desire to improve their service either

Very refreshing customer service experience. Both girls I spoke with to order and pay we upbeat and pleasant. Can’t say that often. 5 stars.
