Disclaimer: I know the owner and went to the soft start. Taco Day is the best place in the area if you want healthy Mexican. As a rule, I am not a fan of juices because they can be too sugar, but this was well balanced and just made (no fake stuff, yes please! Go. This kind of food experience is usually found only in the city.
Asked for fish tacos. They were made on site and were absolutely delicious. Great healthy taste.
