There are not many vegan options at the airport or even Paul, but the vegan sandwich at Paul was pretty good. It tasted fresh and there was a good selection of ingredients on it. Updated by previous review on 2022-12-20

No vegan options when I left and asked

I was happy to find something vegan, the sandwich is nothing special. they have vegan milk for coffee of the airport of Iissabon really lack vegan options best to bring their own food. but grateful to find something I could eat
