Scoop N Dough - Lisboa

They have won so many awards for a reason! Ice cream and doughnuts are to die for. I would go back again in a heartbeat, you can’t miss out on trying this place.

I came in January 2023 and now again in 2024 and still convinced it’s the best vegan dessert I’ve had since going vegan 13 years ago. The raspberry cheesecake flavor in an icecream sandwich is the best

I had some ice-cream and it was ok. Nothing to write home about. I also bought a doughnut for later. When I ate it, I may have made quite a few hmm sounds. And I rarely make hmm sounds! It was one of the best doughnuts I 've ever had. And I 've had a lot of doughnuts!

Can't praise these doughnuts highly enough the softness of the dough offset by various fillings adding other tastes and textures. My apple crumble doughnut, for example, featured a delicious apple pie centre with crunchy crumble pieces on top, with a vanilla glaze. Outstanding! Service was very patient as we ummed and ahhed over what to choose. The only downside is that the store itself is quite pokey, fitting only five or six customers, and making getting in and out at popular times a bit of a squeeze. Definitely worth it though!

Não há como enganar. Depois de meses em confinamento aproveitei uma consulta em Lisboa para ir ao Scoop n Dough. Não resisti a trazer 12 doughnuts para partilhar com a família. Toda a gente adorou. Até a gata queria cheirar os ditos! Desde a apresentação, textura e por fim o sabor, comer estes doughnuts é entrar numa dimensão paralela, onde momentaneamente não há pandemia, e o mundo é perfeito.
