This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lipa because I enjoy Arabic and Persian cuisine. Their food is the closest in taste and presentation to what I love. The atmosphere is decent, but it’s just not quite my style. I often order from this restaurant through Grab Food. As for parking, it's located on a very busy main street in the city. Luckily, I had a driver with me who waited in the car while I picked up our takeout order.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. Our family ordered a lot of food. We only ordered one sushi meal from resto nearby and they charged us for corkage already. Freshly cooked kebabs and BIG portions. Still cheap compared to others. It 's really worth it. Side salad was not spared, just a slice of cucumber and tomato each. At Mumtaz, the side salad is Arabic salad. I have nothing to say. Always cooked with love. It says on their page Mumtaz everyday! Really true... I just hope I always have time to go to Lipa.
