I love the variety of food options here (their menu is extensive, believe it and that they serve the most fresh crunchy tortilla chips with delicious refried beans dip. The carne asada was somewhat dry, and the horchata was not the best imo but everything else was delicious, and I would come back to try their huge menu when I'm back in the area : View all feedback.
We had wonderful food. It took a little longer to get our food than we usually experience at Mexican restaurants (and it wasn't busy), but it wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me to return.
These folks are great! The food is always good and the service is ALWAYS friendly. Don't see what you want in the menu? If you can describe it, 99% chance they'll make it for you. Cocula is a sure bet!
Tried the carne asada and the Mojarra (fish) everything was delicious. Our waiter was fast and efficient. Never had to ask for a refill.
What an amazing place ? Berto was the person that took care of us and he was fantastic! Made us feel at home. The food was above expectations and came so fast! So hard to get impressed as a Newyorker, must of the time we get spoiled from living in the city with so many options but Cocula was such a great surprise. We are definitely coming back before flying back home. Wait!! They also have a salsa (sauce) bar!!!! Love it!!
