I get lunch from these guys everyday. I get a salad or a wrap. Well today I went to pay with my debit card and I didn?t have quite enough, I went to go grab my husbands card from the car, but the owner stopped me and just gave me my salad and chips. Inearly cried at the kindness. What a great place View all feedback.

Then she informed me that the cookies I ordered were unavailable. I asked if she had chocolate chip cookies, and she said yes. I requested all the chocolate chip cookies they had. A young man later came out with the food, but he said they didn’t have the other options I had chosen. When I looked through the window at 7:03 PM, I saw three employees in the store, and I noticed six customers had walked in. When I spoke with the young lady again, she made a snarky comment suggesting that maybe I should eat earlier, especially on a Friday. I asked when the store closed, and she told me 9 o'clock. I pointed out that there were still two hours left in the business day and that they should have food prepared after what they called a rush. As I looked into the lobby, I saw a young man putting chairs up on tables and closing the lobby early. Having worked in restaurants, I know that most businesses start preparing the dining area about half an hour before closing time. I find the behavior of these three employees to be unsatisfactory. They clearly need more training in customer service and better management to ensure food is prepared throughout their shifts, instead of running out of items. Perhaps the store could benefit from some nighttime supervision.
Like any restaurant that relies on fresh and raw ingredients, there are times when the lettuce isn't as fresh, or food shipments aren't of the best quality. However, that's not the employees' fault; it’s part of the challenges of the current economy and product shortages. Some patrons complain about the restaurant running out of bread, but the staff can’t always predict precisely how much to bake each day. Sometimes they even have to close early if they don’t have enough food items to operate their usual hours. Personally, I'd rather they close early than overprepare and waste food. Overall, I always recommend this restaurant, and who knows—you might even be fortunate enough to be served by the infamous Subway Karate Kid (you know what I mean)!
I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant! The staff is always friendly and personable, and they go out of their way to accommodate guests. The place is consistently clean, and the service is reliably prompt.
Very friendly staff and clean place.
