I was going to call in an order but stayed on hold for 15 minutes. Went straight to voice mail after that. Decided to go there and order. The place looked nice. Waited about 25 minutes for the food. Ordered the sampler platter, and there were no clams in it. I didn't get my coleslaw either. I was in a hurry and didn't look at it before I left the place. Amazing food, friendly staff, excellent service!!! fried pimples, prime rib with frits and salad
A client and I stopped in for lunch. We walked in and were seated immediately. Ordered and didn't wait much for it to be delivered to our table. The waitress was perfect and the food was excellent
Everything we had at Gillmor's was absolutely delicious. I stared off with the French Onion soup and it was the best I've ever had. I then enjoyed their baked haddock which was fantastic. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his baked chicken dinner. Then both of the desserts were great, carrot cake and blueberry cheesecake. It's definitely worth the trip from Bangor to have a nice lunch or dinner at Gillmor's. We highly recommend a visit here.
Excellent quality food. The boneless wings were so moist and flavorful. The staff were very kind and helpful, and were through in practicing social distancing and appropriate cleaning protocols. Highly recommend giving this local restaurant your business. Also enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset from the dinningroom. Lets stand together and support local restaurants and experience some amazing quality locally made food.
Entirely too noisy, but most of the food is good. The buffalo sauce is terrible, and the scallops are completely without flavor of any kind. I can't even imagine how you would do that.
