Food was reasonably priced and the selection was really satisfying. We did not know the place before, so we trusted the app. The waitress was very helpful and nice. The owner spent lots of time with us explaining the “Alta via del sale”, a trail that we wanted to to drive through with our bikes. He gave us valuable suggestions and the map of the area as a present. What could we expect more? Definitely worth a visit View all feedback.
What JamesGP139 doesn't like about Il San Pietro:
The food was very average but ok'ish. Compared to the service it was amazing tho! We had a very new and dishevelled waiter who really should not have been let loose. On the table next to us two mature French women left virtually all of both their main and dessert meals and their waitresses did not even enquire as to whether there was a problem. The maitre d' was excellent at sorting the coats out in reception but inv... View all feedback.
Traditional cuisine with an eye to innovation, without excesses. excellent cutter to the deer ragù and the phaxon line, raw material of absolute quality. drink well with the treatment of the pastor. reserved environment, well-kept service. I'll come back. (date 01/09/2020).
Very nice cozy place and great cuisine, if I have to find a defect too long waiting between one course and the other.
Excellent proposals in the summer menu, with high quality local products.
We had a TERRIBLE experience celebrating new years eve 2017 with two families including 5 children age 7-12. Despite a dinner reservation at 20 we had to wait for 1 hour to get our first serving of drinks, throughout the long dinner the timing of servings was haphazard and appeared random, especially for a family dinner with children. The very expensive 7 meal course was barely edible from first appetizer to last course (we skipped dessert and left). As we spoke to our Italien table neighbours they actually felt the need to excuse the terrible food on behalf of the Italian cuisine. In summary: overpriced, bad food, poor service. Cannot think of a worse restaurant experience, and would strongly recommend everyone to reconsider and visit anyone else of the quite many nice restaurants in Limone.
This was the best ravioli I've eaten since been a child . My grandmother use to make her own , this restaurant served wonderful food . But the staff were second to none for service . It was a busy time over Christmas but the staff were still efficient and courteous . It was a delight to eat here and we would defiantly return
