Birthday... party. Made room for us and was very good service.

Me and the wife use to go almost every weekend and always had great food and great laughs with the employees. We don’t get to as often anymore but when we do we try to make the best of it. Today though the service was absolutely garbage. The food was nothing but grease and tasted that way. The burgers weren’t to bad but definitely use to be better or maybe we just lost our accustomed ways of eating there a lot. I didn’t get to finish my burger but took it to go but thanks to the slippery all plastic Togo containers it happily slid off of my wife’s container and became ant food when we got home. I would definitely suggest switching back to the paper/cardboard containers to help prevent this from happening. And I know it’s not anyone fault but I don’t have this issue with anywhere else I got and take food home.

Actual time of closing was 12AM. We are there at 11:15PM and they said we are closed. This is the worst thing. We drove around 40miles to reach by the time. Worst worst worst. Even 1star is also very high for them Strongly not recommended.

Went inside for my takeout order and waited 15.mins...nobody came over to see what I needed everyone just ignored me. When someone finally came it was when there was a line of ppl behind me. And then when the server came over he acted like I wasnt the first in line and started asking ppl behind me what thier order was. When he brought the food out, he called out my name and still looked directly at the ppl behind me like I wasn't there. It was so rude especially since I was the one waiting so long and the other ppl just got there. How hard is it to ask the first person in line what thier order was? And how hard is it to notice that someone is standing at the takeout section?? I was on.lunch break so I didn't have alot of time and they waisted my whole break

Honestly, the night shift has some of the rudest servers i have ever had. we had an employee (wish i got her name) who proceeded to come to our table maybe 3 times? and once we didn’t see her for almost 45 minutes at our table but she continued to check in her other tables. (at this point all we got were drinks and an app). she proceeded to tell us that we weren’t allowed to order bc the kitchen was closed even though she literally never checked on us or asked us if we wanted to order (WHICH WE WANTED TO) before the kitchen closed. we responded “wow that’s great considering we haven’t seen you for over 30 minutes” and she rolled her eyes, scoffed, threw our check down and walked away. obviously we didn’t tip her anything bc the service was non existent. she then came back for the receipt which she lied about the owner needing them to count them or something dumb and then went back to other servers and talked about us, ripped up our receipt, and then told us something along the lines of being terrible customers and no one would ever want to serve us. really not sure what set her off to begin with, we were polite and patient, could have made this a bigger deal and made a scene but we let it go and still maintained integrity. i’m assuming her nasty attitude had to do with us being the only table of hers that had a female rather than all males. miss girl just wanted that tip i guess??? server was some chick with long blackish hair and big round glasses and held an attitude like she was hot shiz lol. joked with my bf that appearently he just had to flirt with her and she would’ve been at our table constantly and we would’ve actually had dinner lmfao
