Vines Restaurant at Helen's Hill

The views and the restaurant are just stunning. Overlooking the vineyards. The meal was absolutely stunning particularly the The tom yum mussels. Highly recommend!

Newly Renovated, Vines Helen's Hill is a must visit. With it's retro, modern interiors; this venue is the latest attraction in the Yarra Valley for your next event or in-house dining. The impeccable surroundings provide a warm welcome with ever so accomodating staff

What a wonderful anniversary! We were accomodated by moving our reservation to an earlier time and arrived to find out table was the best in the house, in the corner overlooking the panoramic views! I would suggest trying to time this with sunset as it would have been incredible. This is such a beautiful venue, stone masonry, dreamy lighting, white tablecloths and beautiful stemware all add to the ambiance.The entree, main, dessert and cheese platter were all served with a paired wine. We are not wine drinkers though the waitress made sure we were aware that there were alternatives available. Just be aware that it works out to be approx 3 standard drinks and there should be a designated driver, wine seems to bypass everything and go straight to my head so was glad my partner offered to drive!And the food! I can't wait to go back, it's the sort of meal where inside you're crying because it will end and it is so perfect. All of the staff were very knowledgable about the wines and dishes, very polite and amazing at their jobs.We requested to view the menu as we intend to come back, and couldn't help but notice that the items selected for our Red Balloon experience (4 course meal with paired wines for 2) were the creme de la creme of each course. Very good value for money.Looking forward to our return!

We have been to The Vines a number of times over the last few years, always enjoying the wonderful outlook, the meals, wines and obliging staff. This was our first visit since the change of management. We went with another couple and weren't disappointed. The view was as lovely as ever, with friendly, attentive staff. The chosen meals were all well presented, nicely cooked and generous in size. We all enjoyed the wines we selected. The only minor issue was serving across the table. Our table was at a window, not giving much space to serve, perhaps bringing the table out a little may help. Worthy of a visit.

I would like to thankyou for the wonderful lunch last week., I came with the group of friends and the staff what amazing, The Food OMG the Pork Belly all I can say is I am heading back for that, Not only did we enjoy all of this but along the views and wine just made the day, Thankyou again guys and David you out did your self with your service,Thanks Bron
