Today we have ordered only and only snackrolls. they should be ready at 18.25 according to email (then 15 minutes have been a realistic time for it). it is now 18.45 and we are still waiting. this is not possible and leads to the fact that we will no longer order as often. costs too much time, which we usually spend waiting in the cold.
