Tim Hortons

Last visit, the ordering machines were both down or turned off. Regardless, they have a lot of volume/traffic in the rush hour periods and unless you're ordering via the mobile app, be prepared for some wait time. Service is still relatively quick as the team puts in good effort to get things done, unlike some other branches and other fast food chains. The food quality is adequate and very Tim Hortons like, which is not a bad thing. Certainly not the best, but not exactly terrible either. It is not overly salty or sweet or overdone. This does mean that some people perceive it as a lack of flavor though, but others love it as some other chains just put excessive amounts of flavor.

They are so joyful there. The madame who served me was cheerful, efficient and fast. I tried the BiebsBrew. I'm not an expert with cold brews; it's only my 2nd time having one in life but it was good not too sweet with a nice caffeine kick.

I loved the view, the streets are so full of sites, would love to go there again.

Good store, always seem busy though I find the service to be a bit slower than some other places. Perhaps it's lack of staff issue.. or not. I always order online to pick up. You may want to update your online order screen when the order is ready... Please. Love the App experience and the offers. The store gets the orders right...says a lot in comparison to some McDo's I've ordered from in Toronto. Hence the reason I pick Timmy over Mcdoodoo ,

Very good under pressure. morning staff could easily back off a line of 30 ppl in under 10 minutes. this tim hortans is always getting 2x more clients bc the tim hortons on masson SUCKS and run out of everything all the time. there r 3 ppl that a very good at what they do. one of them was placed as chef today, however she is best when she is taking orders for customers. boss is in store for the last month so thats nice to see. RARELY see her. very happy to see it will be open at night now.
