I never leave bad reviews but our recent stay was a serious let down!Paid 400 euro for 1 nights stay in the honeymoon suite. Jacuzzi bath broken and stains all over carpet and bed. We were eventually moved after asking ourselves was there another room we could go to, as staff didn't seem too bothered about making things right at all, The room we were moved to was better but the throw on the bed was still minging. Great central location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the food could have been better. Overall, I would rate the rooms as 5, service as 5, and location as 5.
