friendly staff we were allowed to stay overnight with the house in front of the street. Of course they were also happy that we were not only there, but also ate something good with them. when I asked, because of the parking lot, the consumption was not a condition only a friendly yes, clearly there is still a little quieter place, but there we did this too and stayed with nice view of the atlantic. We came up here in the summer and it was buzzing, and will again most likely. However, today it was very empty but still serving. I got the rump and chicken with garlic potatoes. The food was fast but unfortunately I was disappointed with the rump. Was just too chewy to be enjoyable. The chicken was tasty even tho a little overdone. Food is out of this world, and in a stunning location. Always look forward to visiting here with family.
The tavern was kind enough to allow me to stay the night in their carpark in my campervan. I was kind enough to relieve them of several pints of Guinness and a few plates of crab toes. A match made in heaven!
The location is great, but at night, it's too dark to enjoy the view . The meal was very nice . It's a great place to have a meal.
We live locally and dined in the restaurant. Our table was near the window so the sea view is an absolute treat. The food was delicious as usual. I went for breaded bree so nice! I fancied battered cod mushy peas. I had a side of garlic potatoes. I wasn't disappointed with the freshness and quality, and the portions were more than ample. All at our table were very satisfied. We always recommend The Seaview to visitors to our own business.
Staying here was convenient considering if I needed anything I could either go to the tavern to eat or the attached store. The queen bed was comfortable and they give you plenty of pillows. The room was humble.
