I have been here for several years and have always loved it, but the decline of customer service was dramatic. my coffee was badly made and had a granular texture so I couldn't drink it. Terrible service, no responsibility or accountability. we have mixed our order and not compensated, we have been charged for the mistake.

We loved eating, it's great as usual. but the staff was super rude today, they made me feel infertile.

Came in for a late lunch note the kitchen closes at 3pm (I presume it reopens for dinner as the restaurant closes quite late) Amazing matcha latte and great pumpkin soup. Cant wait to go back to try their beautiful display of cakes and main menu. The venue is large and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend if in lidcombe.

Amazing and delicious food in a very instagram-y cafe. We ordered the fried chicken and mushroom on toast, both were delicious! Coffee was great too! We would definitely come back again
