Had a reservation, again short staffed. Coffee was ice cold, butter for toast took to long. According to server nothing was prepped night before. Kept apologizing…this is the third time we have eaten at ToB and same thing. Management it’s time to change because what you are currently doing is not working. Hosted my post holiday luncheon here today. Server was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their food. So easy and definitely a repeat:

If your short staffed I would appreciate and respect your decision not to take so many reservations/tables. Breakfast for two, scrambled eggs and bacon…50.00! Not worth it!!!!
Most tables were filled with dirty dishes not cleared from previous diners. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned. Wasn’t crowded at all so that’s disappointing! We made a reservation thru open table and when we arrived questioned about how long before arriving did we make the reservation. We felt ignored till they felt we had waited enough for our table! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just want many the atmosphere normally given at Rookwood location!
We had a great dinner here on NYE. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Would recommend and can’t wait to return.
