we enjoyed our eating immensely. one of the best n y strip steaks I had, and I eat a lot steak. crystal our server was absolutely on their game. we were so impressed that we asked the manager to inform her. we will be back View all feedback.

Overall, it was a positive experience, although it seemed like they were a bit understaffed. A manager came out to help with our order and even served our drinks. View all feedback.
Our only problem was that it was too hard to hear. Our original waiter Gabriel volunteered to switch tables with another waiter (Adrian), when he realized we were hard of hearing, as Adrian was better able to make himself heard over the music. Both Gabriel and Adrian were exceptional, and the food was amazing! I think Friday night at dinner time may be too busy a time for us to re-visit, but we will most definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
Issue with Nats flying around table. Waiter disappeared at times.
Pretty place, but overpriced for the contents. Service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered (water and a sake), 5 more minutes before receiving the waters and to hear they were out of hot sake. Placed order for appetizer when initial drink order was received, received 20 minutes in. Server was hardly present and we had to flag down a busser for refills on our waters during our meal as server did not check in until after that fact (about 15 minutes into dinner course). Restaurant was about at 20% capacity at this time. It seemed like he was only there to socialize behind the partition and did not provide the service that would match the decor. Food was edible but once again, not really matching the decor or pricing. We will not be returning.
The workers at the front desk were extremely rude and unwelcoming. As soon as I checked in for my reservation they told me it was a wait. Didn’t say how long or anything. I sat for over 35 mins only for them to sit me at a table that was empty when I first walked in. Every time I’m not welcomed in a warm manner and there isn’t very many ppl of color in an establishment, I immediately feel as if there is some form of discriminatory behavior. I work in customer service so I know an unwelcoming vibe when it’s presented to me. The waitress was amazing. I don’t remember her name but she was wearing a hijab. Very kind, accommodating and helpful. When I refer to the bad service I’m not referring to her at all. I didn’t feel welcomed and I will not be returning.
Cost of food for what you get is very high. Took a long time to get our food.
