Amazing broth in the Pho! Normally I'm going hard on the Hoisin, but it was so delicious it wasn't necessary. Also got the #15 and it was fresh and had great taste. Family run Joint, who really went out there to accommodate us and our toddler. I have to try! View all feedback.
What Melissa John doesn't like about Pho Liberty:
Super disappointed in my first take-out order. Way over priced for what we got. $50 for 2 meals and a tiny appetizers of bbq pork. Very small to-go portions. Nothing scratch made. Sweet and sour chicken appeared to be a very thin pre-made frozen breaded chicken patty, fried to a nearly burnt crisp, cut up in small bites. $17 for basically rice. Really good pho, from all the Vietnamese food I had in my life, this is in my Top 10. Soups refreshing and noodles are not to mention how fast they release their food. I would definitely go back!!!
The best Pho we had and we tried a lot around the world. The owners are beautiful and fully dedicated to this family restaurant. We'll be back when we're in the Spokane area.
I loved this place since it opened!!! Really a quality family business always strives to offer the most delicious meals. We always have the Pho Soup and Spring Rolls, although my teenage daughter thinks her egg rolls are the best. Every time I like to try more of their freshly prepared food. Today it is the agitated veggies with shrimps and steamed rice. This place makes it easy to eat healthy.
It was a cold and drafty day and I just wanted a nice and warm bowl of pho. It was so delicious! I was very fortunate to have found this place when I visited the Spokane Valley Area. The people in there were very welcoming, too!
