The workers and food were great but the ordering process is the worst experience ever. When you call in to order you have to deal with a call center. I tried doing the PI day buy one get one free pizza and she said they didn’t do it but when I came in the guy said they did do it. The guy at the register was great in explaining the situation and I honestly feel bad for him because he says this happens all the time and I’m sure customers will blame it on him even though he is not at fault. Please fix this!
