I will definitely be returning to this restaurant! The food was incredible and the service was excellent. Our server, Kaitlind, was very attentive. I highly recommend requesting her when you visit. I ordered the chicken Marsala and it was one of the best I've ever had. Overall, I give this restaurant an A+.
This is hands down the best Italian food in Lexington! The marinara sauce is delicate and packed with flavor. Every dish is consistently amazing.
We really enjoy Paisano's! The food is consistently delicious, and the ambiance is cozy and relaxed. Whenever we have visitors from out of town, we like to bring them there because we are confident they will have a great experience.
In my opinion this is the best Italian food in Lexington! Their spaghetti sauces are to die for! Reasonably priced...friendly atmosphere. Good vegetarian choices too! One of Lexington's best kept secrets! Highly recommended!!!
This place is what old-school Americanized Italian is about. Good food, lots of options, reasonable prices, great service. Will definitely be back for more tasty dishes.
