The food at this restaurant is decent, however, the service leaves much to be desired. The cashier appeared to have an attitude when taking my order, and on a separate occasion I arrived 20 minutes before closing time only to be turned away, despite the website and door sign stating that the restaurant is open until 9:30 on weekdays. It is important for businesses to uphold their closing times in order to maintain professionalism and stay true to their advertising. This experience left me feeling disappointed.
This Japanese restaurant is very ordinary. The drink machine was lacking syrup variety. The main problem was being overcharged by $3 more than what was indicated on the menu, including tax. I paid around $17.50 for a kids' chicken plate, gyoza, and a small drink, when it should have been closer to $14.50. Because of this, I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
