Just stopped in the Pour House and amazed by him! Beautiful little business in the heart of the city, easy to find, and you know it will be good if you can smell the fresh coffee outside the door! Cosy inside with many products. The best for me was the speed! Super friendly atmosphere combined with fast service makes this the place to be: View all feedback.
What Haley Katryn doesn't like about The Pour House Of Lewiston, Mi:
This was my go to spot for coffee (even ordering online while I’m downstate) prior to being under new ownership. Unfortunately, since the change, customer service is not as welcome, food and drinks come out much slower, and I don’t feel welcome anytime I stroll in anymore. Not to mention it is an up north location and they were closed on a prime snowmobile day when we pulled up- no indication online that they were cl... View all feedback.
Great coffee and atmosphere! They even have toys and a play kitchen to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy your coffee and pastries. Been visiting Lewiston for 15 years and so happy to finally see a good quality coffee shop! Highly recommendFood: 5/5
The bartender/ owner was likely the most engaging and wonderful guy ever! He knew a lot about the area, helped us out on the wait for food (super busy that day), and made sure we were good at all times. All of the servers and bartenders were spot on with ordering and attending tables. It was like a precision machine watching them work.
Changing my review from 5 Stars to 2 stars.I recently went in for a quick lunch, I was working on a house in Lewiston and the pour house was always a good place to go for a good bite to eat and a smoothie or coffee. My son and I got there around 12:30. There was an older couple sitting down at the couches, and another couple in there still deciding what to order and one man by himself. My son and I stood at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes before a women came out and she put an order at the opposite end of the counter and said order up. The older couple grabbed their order and the women working asked if they needed a bag if it was to go, and the older gentleman said a bag is the least of our worries right now and walked out. I thought that was kind of rude and commenced to ordering my lunch. My son ordered a smoothie, a deluxe grilled cheese and a cup of chicken gumbo soup. I ordered a smoothie and a rueban sandwich. We paid and sat down. The younger couple ordered their food right after us. About 10 minutes went by and the women working ran out and looked confused because the man that ordered his sandwich walked out because it was taking so long, she ran to his car and was able to give him his sandwich. 10 minutes after that, my son and I received our smoothies. They were very tasty. 20-25 minutes later my son was brought his soup and sandwich. While he was eating we could hear a women yelling back in the kitchen. Couldn 't make out what she was saying but she didn 't sound happy. She walked out to the register with a sad look on her face and said to myself, son and the couple waiting that she was really sorry, her cook didn 't show up today and she was doing her best. We all told her no worries and do her best. While we were waiting more, we could here more yelling coming from in the back. After another 20 minutes the couple told us that they had to go because they still have a 3 hour drive, and if their food came out that we could have it. After a total of over an hour I still didn 't have my food. I went to the counter and rang the little bell, I heard no noise in the back. I waited a couple more moments and my son and I decided to leave . My guess is that the woman working left ??. Really sad that I paid $20 for a smoothie and a sandwich that I didn 't get to eat and wasted over an hour that I could have been working. After leaving I talked to a couple friends that live in Lewiston and asked them about their experience and shared mine they said that since the business had been bought buy a new owner it has horribly gone down hill. One of my friends said it was her favorite place to go and after going there with the new owners will not be going back.
Manny has a great place, good coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches and goodies.

It’s too bad too cuz I’ve noticed any negative reviews or constructive criticism results in extremely defensive and sarcastic responses from the owner- so I’ve been nervous to review- but honestly, this was an overdue review.
