Really busy cafe and definitely a great brunch spot for families. Sucks there aren’t a lot of outlets so not an ideal spot for remote work. Food is pricey but delicious. No accessible toilets. View all feedback.
What rebecca boomgaarden doesn't like about Le Delice:
I came here with my children as I heard great things about the food. However this cafe is tiny no space for buggies which is not the cafes fault however the staff were extremely rude when I did enter the with the buggy tutting at me so I got my food to takeaway and struggled getting out again with no help just dirty looks. It can be really hard as a mum to get out the house with two small children although I accept t... View all feedback.
Always great service, good coffee and a selection of cakes and delights that are FAR too tasty and enjoyable!
For those who wish to have an early breakfast outside of the home, this is a great choice. The food was excellent! I got an omelette with spinach, ham, mushrooms and cheese. It was delightful. My friend got the ham and cheese omelette and she thoroughly enjoyed it too. The coffee and mocha were very good too. Absolutely enjoyed my breakfast here. Some good options on the menu.
Le Delice is a lovely coffee shop that does some great takeaway coffee served by a friendly team. Always happy to pop in a grab a coffee and pastry for my morning. The food isn't great and feels like it's made offsite though, so I typically stick to what's made and baked in-store.
Lovely friendly cafe, great staff, coffee is the best and pastries are fab
When I first started coming here , I would get eggs Benedict and I noticed some people would get a garnish or tomato on the side and I didn’t and being honest , that put me off eating there for a while as I like consistency and paying the prices they charge for food , I do expect it. Also being established for as long as they have , I believe they know what sells and what they should have enough off to make every dish the same but that’s just me. I believe in second chances so I tried them again . I honestly used to love the chicken buns warmed up until one time I asked for it to be heated and when I bit into it, the middle was cold which was a shame as I haven’t ordered a chicken bun since. The filled croissants definitely are overpriced for what they are . They are okay, nothing special in my opinion . I tried their lasagne with my work colleague, and they were the last two one lunch time and to be honest, I have had better lasagne. Taste wise it wasn’t up there and it was quite dry and for what they charge. It’s the most I’ve paid for a lasagne. Now I just stick to certain patisseries because some of them are really good . I do think it’s quite overpriced so I just have a patisserie every now and then as a treat.
