A&W Restaurant - Lethbridge

Good burgers. Fries always need salt. Good central location. Staff are young and have good work ethic.

We have eaten at this A&W many times and never had service or food so bad. We went on a Sunday morning and it was a bit busy. All we ordered was toast and coffee and when we got our order, all on one plate, the toast was not toasted very much and had a big piece of butter on each slice. We sent it back and asked that we get toast this time. The young man that was cooking in the back gave my husband the dirtiest look and when we got our order again it wasn't much better than the first time. Never thought that an order of toast would be so hard to make. The only good thing was that the coffee was good. Just because the place is busy doesn't mean that you slack off of things.

We ate here on a Friday evening. Food and service was great. But the tables needed cleaning. Was walking distance from our hotel.

Parking is no problem. Service very friendly and accurate. Food was very tasty . The store was very clean including the wash room.

We ordered food combos for 6 people and onion rings and French fries were cold. Burgers had too much lettuce to make it look like it was a big burger. Took half the lettuce out so we could eat them.
