Le Grand Monarque was a lovely hotel (with a Michelin starred restaurant), abutting the upper part of the old town.

I have stayed many times at The Grand Monarque when travelling to Chartres with work and often I end up just eating at their brasserie.

Une formule attractive à 13€ entrée + plat + dessert + boisson.Mais l'andouillette avait le goût de brûlé et la "crème caramel" annoncée s'avère être une crème au caramel. Peut être lié à une affluence inhabituelle pour un lundi ?

Repas d'un samedi soir en novembre : très bon, bien servi dans un cadre original.Bon accueil, locaux propres.

Avec mon fils ont a vraiment très bien mangés , pour une brasserie il y avait du choix dans le menu du jour , et en plus le service est rapide
