Contribute FeedbackI've never been a fan of full-grain or multi-grain bread. this place has perfected him. we had some in a restaurant and had to find it. textur is perfect.
Come in the morning to pick up brot daily, the staff is friendly and the round full grain bread is delicious, they sell fresh pasta and a few other pieces that are worth dipping.
Alessandro takes care of you. he sells a lot of broth and many local specialties such as festive obstkuchen and chestnut cakes as well as fresh pasta. his shop is very popular with local, always a good sign.
Perhaps the best Lerici oven for my experience, excellent focaccia, really good cheese focaccia, and I think it is one of the few ovens that makes the focaccia with the mussels (muscles). He competes at the mouth of Recco.
