Dunkin' - Lenoir

Ick MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT i ordered an XL Dunkin Midnight someone decided i needed cream sugar (learn to read the sticker on the cup)

Spacey staff didn't know menu didn't complete order, left counter w/o explanation After hassle, I didn't get correct order. This place was my go-to for Dunkin, after this most recent mishap( wrong order, stale donuts, poor selection , out of some ingredients) Not returning

Good service, had menu items that were advertised that we wanted to try but were no longer available. The chaser said she didn't know why they were still on the menu as they were only seasonal???

When I say I dont want to donate to your charity, dont stand there with my cc in your hand and make me tell you no 2 more times. I come here because its cheaper than Starbucks but I will gladly support Starbucks to avoid the guilt trip. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been to the Lenoir Dunkin Donuts several times and every time the drive thru takes a long time. I tried it today since there were only 3 cars in line and to my surprise the wait was at least 25 min for 3 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. When I finally got to the window the attendant asked my selection of donuts again and then asked for the sandwich to be made. Then she stood there and did nothing while waiting on the sandwich. OMG! You are kidding me right. Where was the hustle? Why wasn’t she working on the next order? I couldn’t believe it. To make matters worst, I use to do the exact same position as her; I took and filled orders as well in the drive thru. Even working the drive thru by myself I’ve never been that slow. I will never ever go back even if there are no cars in the drive thru. I recommend the same for you. And if you should decide to go see how long it takes and write a review. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had this experience.
