Either way, you'll learn something, right? Two days in a row, I saw a long line of people waiting outside Tacos Apatzingan's taco truck. Unfortunately, they were out of carnitas. So, I settled for carne asada instead. After a short wait, four $1.25 tacos were placed on our plate. The salsa didn't look very appealing, but the tiny bites of steak at the bottom seemed delicious to me. However, my friend thought the meat was overcooked and crunchy. The tacos were hot and spicy, but lacked flavor and were a bit messy. The radishes were almost purple and needed a lot of lotion to reduce their dryness. As we stood outside, sandwiched between a liquor store and a gas station, the truck quickly drove away after handing us our food. Would our experience have been different if it wasn't the end of the day for them? Probably not. It was comical how they left without any warning. My friend and I heard a clunk, looked up, and saw the truck driving off onto the main road.
Great shopping always at Aurozone.
