There are four or five different gluten free bagels available. The owner explained that they are made separately from the other bagels and only after the kitchen has been completely cleaned. They are then wrapped, frozen, and stored until ordered. All the toppings are naturally gluten free and cross contamination measures are in place. Dedicated GF kitchen area, various choices of bread and all very tasty. You can choose any flavour from the menu and prices are quite alright. I paid 8.50€ for a very nice bagel! Highly recommend
