It’s *the* place to get karak chai that feels like home! Chaiiwala never misses Adequate seating is available in the establishment. (Bit hard to find to parking as the road is full of restaurants and other hidden gems but this is more of an FYI) View all feedback.
I always enjoy going to Chaiwala and my experience at this location was no different. The restaurant has a great location, and it's even better now that they have moved to a more spacious setting just a few doors down. This allows for a more leisurely dining experience and you could easily spend the whole day there if you wanted to. The only reason I have deducted a star is because there can sometimes be a bit of a wait. However, this is not the fault of the staff, as they can be outnumbered at times.
This is my favorite spot! It's the only place that makes the best karak coffee, and it's my go-to. I was supposed to go for a fancy dinner with my friend, but last minute we decided that we were actually in the mood for some chaiiwala. This place always satisfies our cravings!
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. They may be a bit forgetful with orders at times due to being understaffed, but the food is excellent. The Karak chai and pani puri are particularly delicious. The memories of Abu being there evoke a lot of emotions and I definitely recommend this place.
Great small restaurant serving delicious Indian masala chai and a fantastic Indian breakfast. The masala omelette with cheese, bell peppers, green chilies, tomatoes, and turmeric, accompanied by salad, potatoes, two parathas (thick Indian bread) or rotis (thin Indian bread), and chana (spiced chickpeas) was excellent. The ambiance is simple, with just a few small tables inside and outside. Overall, a great place to try out!
The tea is really good. The shop could use some upgrades to enhance its appearance and atmosphere. It is a bit odd that they only accept cash.
