For a lunch table I found the price for my gros, pommes, salad and tzatziki a bit high. On the way there was a small salad plate with fresh ingredients up to the Peperoni, with a stretchy shrimp, but average vinegar taste. The Gyros was excellently juicy and tastefully excelent, the ripples beautiful cross, but for me a little salty. Excellent food, family atmosphere and nice staff. One of the best addresses for Greek food in the region. Price/performance fits easily.
Located in the middle of Wolfsburg and Braunschweig, the guest expects an extra class Greek. The family business offers a well-organized, fleeeous and personal service in a tidy and pleasantly poor atmosphere. There is also a conservatory that is used by smokers. The restaurant is very well visited and therefore of course a little louder. Reservation is strictly recommended. In the middle-sized menu, it only comes from highlights. The mixed appetizer plate shows what the kitchen has on it. Great variety in best quality. The Tarama with a light orange note is huge cinema and is probably part of the fish rogen elite in Lower Saxony! Whether octopus salad, or fried anchovies, whether cheese cream or Zaziki... the El Greco hangs up the culinary bar. Krosses, well seasoned gyros, on the point as desired cooked rag steak, or butter-skinned lamb. The meats cover Taki and Maria from the slaughterer nearby. The plates are appealingly garnished and the portions are neat! But even the little things dominate the kitchen. Whether metaxasauce or red dip, the magnificent chips or the fine leek deco, or the crispe, warm knobibrot is just right here. Tips are also the eggplants filled with chops baked with feta, or the Cretan potatoes, or the feta-filled fillets.... hmmm just looks itself. At the end there is a (always changing) minidessert and an ouzo on the house. The restaurant also offers a cheap lunch table. The EL Greco is one of my top 5 Greeks. Conclusion: Quality and competence of the kitchen Optically appealing dish Faire pricing Tarama from the finest class mixed starter plate Personal service

The Gyros was excellently juicy and tastefully excelent, the ripples beautiful cross, but for me a little salty. There was a salad leaf with a teaspoon of good tzatziki and very interesting slightly sharp tomato dip, with fresh onions. Unfortunately, the portion was just worthy of a children's plate. Too bad you leave such a good restaurant hungry
