What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Unfortunately, this is the only mcdonald’s in Lehigh Acres. I went to the tresor twice to order, and there was no one who accepted my order. there are two managers in front of location that seemingly stand for the guests who are six feet away from them oblivious. Here's a sweat. a month in lehigh acres and I can already say that McDonald?s is the worst McDonald?s I've been living in my whole life. the reviews are accurate and really hydrated for how this McDonald?s actually works. everything is always broken until the card prizes are written by hand and then they? re extra loaded I?ll totaler alptraum.
Only put two because the guy at the window was nice. Otherwise one. I said I wanted a number 1 no pickle. She put no onion and no pickle. I said just no pickle. She read it back to me and added a sweet tea? I didn't say what drink I wanted yet (not a sweet tea) . Then I received my food. Big mac had pickels and the lettuce wasn't in the sandwich it was just thrown on top. Blows my mind how hard people make fast food look.
I almost NEVER go to McDonalds. I will leave why alone. But I will say this. The customer service from a very very skinny young lady who very disrespectful not only to us customer's but also to the 2 manager's who were trying to address my complaint. I would have given it a one star if it had not been for Maria. Maria stopped what she was doing, cleaning tables and chairs to get my wife salt as they failed to salt our fries, as we were leaving, I was just blown away as Maris asked my wife and my self if we would like another drink to go. WOW! Now that is real customer service. We might not speak the same language but let me tell you, rudeness and respect do not need a language. Thank you Maria for making my wife's day and that puts a smile on my day. ?
I have been working as a McDonald 's Manager for 14 years in Spain and I know the system very closely. Is not the first time that something wrong occur in THIS LOCATION but is the first time that I am going to comment. I never received an exact order. If a sauce is not missing this time , is one sandwich or the chicken nuggets are not fresh.. Today I used the drive thru. It was full and there were two lines open. My daughter in the back seat made the order one crispy chicken meal and one chicken nuggets meal) and when we arrived to the last window for pick it up I saw in my receipt that only the chicken sandwich was a meal and the chicken nuggets was with no drink and fries. When I asked if she could sell me one more fries thinking anyone has an error , the lady answered me that I had to turn around and get in line again . I couldn 't believe it. The truth is that I have to get in line and wait another 10 or 15 minutes to order some fries while the food I already have gets cold? Is this the concept of hospitality and the exceptional treatment given to the client? And if this is a rule taken by the restaurant management, do you think that for some fries it is worth creating that feeling of dissatisfaction causing the direct and indirect loss of customers? They should go through at least that part of the manual. And the worst thing is that these things do not harm only at this location but also damage the good name of the brand. This makes us think that next time it would be better to go to Culver 's because they really know how to take care of their customers there.
