I was here a few days ago and I picked up a quick breakfast and drink before work. The staff was so polite and friendly and simply had a super pleasant attitude that really made my morning. I checked my receipt and it was Skyler M who was my checkout, and I just really want you to know what a treasure you have in her!!! I'm absolutely back! Don't waste your time here. I was at this place three times and it's by far the worse Dunkin? I've been. The shift manager was rude, the employees are rude and don't seem to worry about their customers. Every three times I went there, I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes without being recognized by any employee. Dunkin Donuts in Lehigh Acres is always busy, so expect long lines. I would recommend an order before the time. But be careful that this is the only place to clean a good fresh cup of coffee so that for me the line is worth it. Remember to be compassion with the employees who work here. You are also human and work to serve your morning cup of coffee
Great service. Friendly staff. You have ice in this location! Something for everyone. My only complaint is that the morning people order foods that block the parking lot in front of the store because they are too lazy to use an actual parking lot on the side of the building. I wanted to tell them everything about myself, but I fill my tongue.
Was on a coffee run for my boss and in a hurry so I was discouraged to see the long line on the ride thru and even in the store I was waiting for a little while, but Gabe was so quiet and so good. He was so sweet, real and helpful. Unbelievable. Dunkin's lucky to have him.
Always very friendly and have never made a single mistake with any of my orders. Only down is how busy the ride thru is at times
