What User doesn't like about Gruto's Soft Serve:
Not handicapped accessible, unfortunately. While it's probably a historic structure its sad that access is denied to those unable to climb stairs and the threshold step. watched an older lady with a cain struggle to come in and out, while my disabled family member was stuck outside. I don't care how long the line is, it's always worth it! Awesome staff that just want to bring your crazy concoction to life.

Great service. Lady was pleasant and informative. Ice cream was delicious.
