We had a good English breakfast, quick and friendly service and at a head you can’t really complain.

Poor experience, when we arrived we were seated and asked for a few minutes to look over what was on the breakfast menu, the staff then took 15 minutes to come... read more Poor experience, when we arrived we were seated and asked for a few minutes to look over what was on the breakfast menu, the staff then took 15 minutes to come back to the table but this was after we asked for her to come back. The continental breakfast was okay. Nothing special but decent enough. While we were getting our continental breakfast we could see all the staff chatting behind the bar, there were multiple dirty tables and us waiting to be served. There were 5 of us, we asked for tomato on breakfast and we did not get it , we asked for the fried egg to not be runny and it was. All the breakfasts were lukewarm/cold. There was pancakes on the menu when we asked the staff for then she said she would check, they were never put out and didn’t come over to tell us that they didn’t have any. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving the customers, overall was just a poor experience and we won’t be back.

Manager was called Sam I think, very entertaining and accommodating, very much appreciated for your hospitality. Right, breakfast next morning, do not do it. Worst breakfast Dawn myself have had. We would definitely come again, but will just not have breakfast.

Delicious pink roast lamb, al dente veg, just right after a flight to the UK on Easter Sunday. My second visit, whilst using Premier Inn and Airport. Both times have been welcomed and allowed to relax. Nice job team. I will visit again.
