Rothwell Tandoori - Leeds

Been using this place for a few years now but have never left a review. Always happy with the curries and whatnot from here. The different curries actually taste different. Rather than other cheap places which every curry seems to taste very similar. Nice selection to choose from too rather than just the same old options. Overall great little place.

Dining at this restaurant is a very pleasant and affordable experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options, with many dishes available with different types of meat or as a vegetarian option. The real quality shines through in the signature dishes and specials. For those who enjoy curry but are looking for something different from the usual UK curry dishes like korma, balti, and tikka masala, there are plenty of Bangladeshi options to explore. We have only ever ordered from them through Just Eat, so we cannot comment on their in-person customer service, but the delivery drivers have always been friendly and prepared with change for cash payments. The only issue we have encountered is the wait time for our orders, but this is likely due to the complexity of the menu rather than any other factor. Personally, I would prefer to wait longer for a freshly cooked meal rather than receive a reheated dish. It is worth mentioning that the delivery estimates are usually quite accurate, so the wait time is at least expected.

There is no better place for cake than this restaurant. The food is incredible and the owner and staff are lovely. The service is excellent.

Wow, I am currently enjoying a delicious curry at this restaurant. The onion bhaji is incredibly tasty and the keema nan is the best I have ever had. Thank you, I will definitely be ordering from here again.

This is the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. The chicken tikka masala was a strange red color and I have not had anything like it before. I hadn't eaten here in ages and after this experience, I will not be returning. The service was for takeout and the price per person was between £10-20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5. The only dish I would recommend is the Chicken Tikka Achari.
