What User doesn't like about Kailis Bros Leederville:
Stopped for breakfast and only people here. Asked for music to be turned down as we were shouting to hear each other. Was turned down for a few minutes then when others arrived it was turned up again. Being partially deaf it had to be loud! Food and service was good but unlikely to return as the experience wasn't pleasant View all feedback.

Possibly worth a visit just to see their awesome fish selection however super over the top pricey & far better fish & chip places around. Don't waste your money
I have visited Kailes many times in the past decade for business meetings and networking opportunities. I have always enjoyed the breakfasts, lunches, coffees and teas. Kailis is easy to drop into on the way to work to the Perth CBD. This week I was invited to a business meeting at Kailis and had to discover that there was a well equipped meeting room upstairs that can easily host fifteen people. We were spoiled with drinks and snacks during the meeting. There are parking available at the back and across the road and the parking across the road offers the 1st hour for free.
The facility is alongside the fish shop which is probably convenient for the owners and arguably adds a different ambiance but is mostly just a little odd. That said teh food and coffee is very good and the service is friendly. But the real treasure is that they have a number of room options they hire out for meetings or functions.
Had a delicious lunch at the Cafe. The food is fresh and very well cooked and presented. The staff is very friendly and we had a great time. This is a cafe and the decor is very Cafe-like. If you want a romantic setting, this is not the place, but if you want delicious food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. I wanted a simple lobster dish - just dressed with a butter sauce and this was the only place in our vicinity which offered it. I also had the Fremantle sardines - so tasty! My husband has the taramasalata and raved about it. He even wanted the recipe. The waitress didn't know the ingredients but went and asked the chef, who cheerfully provided the recipe for us! I really recommend this Cafe!
