What Melissa H doesn't like about Dairy Queen East:
The vanilla ice cream was placed on top without being blended in. I ordered extra strawberry but didn't receive enough for a regular blizzard. The cheesecake was all clumped together at the bottom. It seems like Dairy Queen is focusing more on quantity than quality. However, if the staff pays attention to detail, the desserts can be absolutely delicious. View all feedback.
The service has gone down since the new property. quality of food also went down. banana split blizzard had whole bananine discs in it.
Love visiting this store for the mini cupcake sized ice cream cakes! My son's love the fruity blast dipped ice cream cones they have for this summer!! Kinda tastes like fruity pebbles!!
Went through the drive-thru which moved at a good pace.Had a hot fudge brownie sundae and it was delicious.Service was great.

Purchased an ice cream cake. At $34.99, the price seemed salty to me and the cashier did say they just raised prices but it still didn't cover the cost. Maybe when adding in wages, utilities, and building costs. But I'm sure it covers product cost. I don't visit often but always good customer service. 4 stars because I'm sure corporate dictates prices.
